Secondly, about the skills to hold the sled. Where your hands are positioned on the sled can make a big difference. A green hand should hold the sled with two hands. When he does so, it is important not to use a death grip.
At last, shot planning cannot be stressed enough. The operator must do several rehearsals to get the desired result because almost every Steadicam shot is different.
